About Beth Kennett

Beth Kennett is a seasoned community leader, organizational coach, and nonprofit director with over 18 years of experience helping groups navigate conflict, build vision, and strengthen relationships. As the current Director of the Center for Congregational Health, Beth supports leaders across the country in building healthier, more resilient organizations.

A lifelong public servant, Beth has worked as a facilitator, educator, and coach across sectors — from nonprofits and neighborhood initiatives to citywide forums — always bringing people together around practical solutions and shared values. She holds a Master of Divinity and dual bachelor’s degrees in Music and Education, and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.Beth is running for mayor to continue her work connecting neighbors, uplifting unheard voices, and building a more inclusive, thriving Burlington — together.
